To be improved

No hot water as it turned out boiler not working. No kettle but told to boil pans. Not that clean - badly stained chopping board both sides. Chipped cup dirty plate. Badly cracked upstairs wash hand basin. No instructions anywhere about how things worked etc. Loose patio door handle. looked like toilet paper put into overflow of bidet. Didn’t stay at property after being told boiler broken and as it was a Saturday afternoon nothing could be done until the following Monday. We were only staying that night. Requested refund but no response yet, 4 days later.

The best

The apartment was really nice. The pool and mini golf area was also really great, nice to hang and chill. The basic items for cooking was also there. Washing machine also great. Overall we will definitely go back, it is really great area to be and the price and apartment was really great.

To be improved

As the apartment has kitchen, it would be 100% better if it had the minimum basic things for cooking that normally comes with large packages from store. To be specific: salt, pepper, sugar and oil is the bare minimum I look in the kitchen but there was none of it. And I don't see a point buying large packages for just a week.
