Good location, about 20-30 minutes from the Madrid Barajas airport Easy to identify within the apartment block as it's to the right after entering the building Comfortable bed, good drawing room space, convenient kitchen facilities Bathroom was clean and spacious enough for us Safe neighborhood

To be improved

A little on the expensive side If you're planning to travel by online cab before 8 AM, do plan to start looking early as it can be difficult to get Uber/Bolt cabs early morning

Good value for money. Good location.

To be improved

The host provided the wrong apartment number so we could not open the door. Had to try all the doors on the floor until we found one that worked. Messaged the host who didn't respond until 3 days later (don't expect support during weekend or after business hours). We had also requested the pullout sofa to be prepared as bed for our children but they did not accommodate the request. Apartment smelled like cigarettes' smoke so we had to keep window open for 2 days to air out (temperatures 3-10C)

“Excellent clean and very quiet apartment in a safe part of Madrid with lots of bars and restaurants”

The best

We liked the street life of Chamberi and Malasana including the nearby shops, bars, restaurants and markets, the safe street and entrance to the apartment which was frequently staffed, the clean, well furnished and very quiet apartment with its garden and the closeness to the centre of historic Madrid.

To be improved

Nothing - we had no complaints.
