“Quiet, modern apartment with plenty of amenities”
The best

Quiet, unique floor plan with LR facing the street separated by the kitchen from the two bedrooms in the back. Showers are fantastic- great water pressure. Used washer/dryer and oven during our stay, and both worked well. Convenient to Noviciado metro stop.

The best

The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped for a family of four and in a great location with proximity to Plaza de Espańa. Would definitely book again.

To be improved

The master bed was very firm and the wardrobe door needed some WD40. Very minor things but I did wake up with a crick in my neck every morning. The wardrobe door was supposed to be soft/slow/ self closing but the noise drove me mad so I had to keep pushing it shut. Again, very minor annoyance and I would still book this accommodation again.

The best

The host, Christian was very friendly and helpfull. The apartment was new, spacious, clean and equiped with all the required electrical appliances. Lots of restaurants, eateries & pubs in the area including a grocery store nearby. The aircon was very effective and we had a most enjoyable stay.

The best

We were met by a very polite man who explained everything: how to close doors, use a/c and heating, etc. Apartments are very big, clean and modern, with a lot of light. Everything you need is already there.

To be improved

There were a construction in the building during the first 2 days of our stay, from 9 to 18:00. It made our first day expirience bad as we'd like to sleep after a long flight.
