“Lovely apartment and great location but but getting into the apartment was difficult.”
The best

It was a lovely apartment and great location but we could not get into the apartment with the key. It was impossibly difficult and we had to wedge the door open with newspaper and carry our documents and money with us. It made what should have been a brilliant stay rather stressful. Such a shame.

To be improved

Please sort the entrance key to the apartment as it is very hard to open if you don’t have very strong fingers.
