“Alright.”

The best

The apartment is a little bigger than a Hotelroom - that is nice for a longer stay. And it had a washing machine, which is also nice if you want to travel light. Checkin and Check out was easy and the hosts were nice and available on whatsapp. Location was good you can walk into city center by foot in about 15 minutes.

To be improved

The bed was tiny. I think its only a 120cm wide bed. For two people who aren’t a couple and are both tall it was way to small and short. Also not necessarily the compfiest bed. You also have to bring out the trash on your own which is fine I guess but you can only do so after 10 pm. The Bathroom is quite small but fine. As in previous reviews described the walls colour was coming off which is kinda disturbing. And you won‘t see any daylight. And you can’t use the elevator although the apartment is in the 2nd floor.

“Small apartment with all the amenities you need and in a great location!”

The best

The location was perfect for us, very quiet at night despite having nice bars and restaurants nearby to walk to. The kitchen had enough utensils to cook with, and the aircon was good!

To be improved

When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of bleach (at least we knew it was clean!) but just hadn't been ventilated after cleaning.

“Passable”

The best

The apartment's cozyness. Marta is very nice on the phone (never met her), the bed is very confortable and sheets clean and sound. The shower is perfect and hot water is running properly.

To be improved

I found broken glasses on the floor and I hurted myself. Nothing serious and the owner asked me if i wanted to have the cleaners back in the apartment, but still, if I had a crowling kid that would have been very very dangerous. While we were in Madrid, the temperature dropped tremendously and I was in search of an extra blaket and I could not find any. There's just one dishcloth, and pans and bowls are very limited, not enough to cook anything substantial. The painting is following down from the ceiling and, more importantly, the curtains are broken and there's no way to lift them properly. Being an apartment that has two windows which facing internal courtyards, the apartment is very dark during the day (lights need to be kept on all the time). There's no tablecloth. Neither the basic for a nice welcome: a bit of salt, sugar, two coffee caps or some oil.
