Charming Ground-Floor Apartment with Private Terrace Latina Toledo I

We booked a stay for 6 days. The washing machine was not working when we checked-in. They sent an engineer to fix the washing machine who could not fix it. Thereafter, they provided only two-three soap sachets for the dish washer, so we had no soap sachets after the third day. There were no cleaning appliances or materials in the apartment. There was no sugar, salt, cooking oil provided for coffee or food. A damage deposit of EUR 300 was taken from me at the time of check-in which was told that they would refund within 7 days. They did not refund it for more than 4 weeks and after much following up with both the property and booking.com. Thereafter, they refunded only a sum of EUR 248 claiming that I needed to bear the purported foreign currency charges.
