Charming house with pool, close to the sea

Relatively new and very well appointed townhouse property in an up and coming area of Marbella….Nuevo Andalucía. In a development called Epic Marbella. Clearly going to be an upmarket part of town with luxury apartments being built across and down the road from the property. These are being marketed as several million Euro properties. It is approximately 1 km from Coral beach which is lovely. The nearest shop is just before that on the walk and is a well stocked Aldi. 10 minutes easy walk. There is a wonderful restaurant called “Small world cafe” which is a 5 minute walk. Parking is on street but it is not that busy,so parking is easy. We have never had such a warm reception from a host (Andres) both in communicating with him by the Booking.com portal and meeting him. He could not have been more helpful. He left us cold drinks in the refrigerator for our arrival as well some wine and beer. Never had before either! The kitchen at the front of the house is small but has everything you could need- including a dishwasher and microwave. Tiny grumble would be that there were 6 of us staying there but only 4 cups and 4 Mugs so we were constantly washing cups and mugs. The living room is spacious and comfortable and had satellite TV and a fire if you are staying in the winter. The patio is spacious too and most of it affords some shade at every part of the day, but also sunny parts if you want to sit out in it. Comfortable patio furniture and table for breakfast! It leads via a small gate to the path to the pool about 50 m away. It too is lovely and wasn’t crowded. The 2 floors had the en-suite bedrooms, one with spacious sun veranda. Both were comfortable and clean. The en-suite bathrooms were good too. There was a large walk in wardrobe for extra storage space. The top floor bedroom and en-suite also had a sun veranda. It too was excellent. We were provided with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, moisturiser and ever shower hats for the ladies.
