The sofa was old and should be replaced in my opinion. But it was fine for the kids for just two nights.

“Comfortable aparment, but not a great value”

The property location was good, close to most places we wanted to visit. The apartment was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed.

To be improved

Access to the apartment- was a challenge, the street door buzzer/lock didn't work. We had to wait for someone to let us in, then once inside we could use the keys for the front door. Once inside there was a small lift to the floor and room where we stayed. The apartment was nice, but no views other than alleys. The bad part was the shower, the door opened inward, and we literally had to squeeze into the far corner of the shower to close the shower door. We are slightly above average size people, very large people would not be bale to use the shower.

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid thanks to this lovely apartment! It was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The host was incredibly attentive and communicative, responding promptly to all my questions and providing helpful recommendations. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
