The best

The apartment was very charming indeed. Very comfortable and the beds were to die for. Spotlessly clean lovely and bright. Very close to the Retiro park which was delightful. Also handy for the metro just round the corner.

To be improved

The entry system was complicated and didn't work on my phone, even though I have a smart phone as requested on the web page. Trying to get through to the management team was laborious and stressful. I had to call four times asking for a key. A member of the team showed up on the 2nd day with a key. Also the noise level in the block was horrendous from residents and the builders, who started work at 6:30 in the morning. Banging, drilling and shouting it was relentless!! There was no washing up liquid and not even a grain of salt or pepper, also no instructions for any electricals, which I would have thought are basic items to be found in any apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The appliances in the kitchen were like new. There could have been some salt and oil for cooking.

The only thing was that you could hear the neighbours upstairs quite a bit
