The place is clean, well organized and has a good space. The contact with the administration was always helpful and fast.

To be improved

The beds are really horrible! They have a sofa bed for two and a small matress for one. The small matress was the worst by far, we had to taker turns at night to sleep there, because the next day was back pain for sure! Plus, if your´re above 1.80cm is very likerly your feet are going to be outisde of the matress. Really unacceptable for the money this place asks.

The process to check in. If additional security is required, it has to be asked during booking itself not in the day of check in. It was really annoying that you can't check in because the process is to enter the apartment, you need to pay security deposit on the day of travel. There was very minimal toiletries and daily required equipments. The expectation is even you travel for 2 days, you need to buy all of them. Picture says there is a bed but it was a sofabed. So, don't be confused seeing the picture. Nearest metro station is more than 1 KM away.
