“Some disappointments, but overall happy 😊”

The best

The views were lovely. The garden areas were well maintained and pretty with beautiful flowers. The apartment was tidy and clean when we arrived. The staff that we saw and spoke to were nice. The terrace was lovely to sit out on as long as the sprinklers weren't on. We even got to see some wild boar on the grounds!

To be improved

This apartment was described as a ground floor apartment, and I'm not very able bodied so I thought this would be ok for me. Unfortunately it was a bit of a struggle for me and my family to get everywhere we needed to, there are several flights of steps to get in and out of the complex to the main road, then a huge hill to go anywhere I.e. Shops, even the pool was two flights of steep steps away. Also, not close to any restaurants, unless you are fond of hilly walking. The dishwasher was broken and we were told someone would come by to look at it. This didn't happen until mid way through our stay so we just washed everything up, including several items in the cupboards that were still dirty. A new dishwasher was delivered on our last day so we didn't get to use it which was a shame. . We also struggled with the cooker as it kept tripping the electric mid way through cooking. Some clarity on the description of where the apartment is situated might help future guests.
