Sunrise balcony, lovely views of mountains and sea. Exceptionally clean. Well equipped apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, pillows were very uncomfortable and lumpy (small thing and easy fix)

“Superb”

The best

I liked that the property has almost everything you need from a house, all the amenities. Is really clean and tidy. Easy access to everything around it. The Playa Paraiso is a nice aria, not too crowded, some nice restaurants around. The communication with the host was good. Regarding the apartment is not a bad thing to say, I'm sure if I come around the aria I would choose the same apartment if is available. I totally recommend it.

To be improved

Is absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment, it would have been lovely if you could park a rented car in the premises but is understandable why that is not possible. But you can rent and park a motorbike or scooter outside a bit up from the main gate. The Indian restaurant at the corner has very good food also.

*The apartment was clean, *Bed was comfortable *Great view * The pool area was lovely * On-site pub was friendly, very reasonably priced & had a lovely sunny outdoor area.

To be improved

*The hot water system was not adequate for showering. It ran out too quickly. *A larger fridge/freezer would be useful. *TV, too small. *The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke due to the guy next door constantly smoking in the corner of his balcony. *The apartment block security guard was miserable & rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. *Although many empty car parking spaces in the car park, it was impossible to book one for the duration of the stay. *A more powerful fan would be useful. Definitely in the summer months.

“great position as base!”

nice view, more than enough equipment to cook/clean, good position

it said there would be coffee but there was only the machine, only one roll of toilet paper, no soaps at all, pillows... there were many but all really uncomfortable!

The apartment was very clean and very quiet.

To be improved

The railings on the balcony should be a lot higher as we was on the 12th floor . Not a great location ( very quiet)and no beach.
