You kinda have enerything you need there, like facilities.

To be improved

There was mold everywhere, it really triggered my asthma guys, please clean it before you rent or at least add some real photos. Also the ceilings is kinda falling apart. Everything on the house was unstable ( furniture, bed, tables) and they ask for a 300euro deposit so you gotta play carefully :) ( also the bed is not well secured so be careful with that too). The place is located at -2 floor actually, it should be specified in the description and is surrounded by clubs and homeless people sleeping at your window. The hot water was done after one quick shower and also the air-conditioner smells really bad when you turn it on.

“Nice.”

The best

It was very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and overall very clean. The furniture is new and TV is the best honestly. Location is pretty good, metro station is just down the street and markets are all around.

To be improved

At the beginning we had some troubles about the passcode but it went well. As it is close to some night club, it was loud at night.

We can't sleep at night there's a lot of bars around us, and there's a lot of noise from people outside they stay until 3 AM and on the weekend until 5 AM.
