Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
Well-located establishment with easy access to surroundings.
Overall warm and friendly service with some exceptions.
Generally a pleasant stay but with notable drawbacks.
Facilities were adequate but self-service meals were a downside.
Rooms were generally comfortable but had issues like noise insulation.
Pricing was considered high for quality during peak time.
“Great location”
The location is great and the breakfast was good. Worth the price! I will definitely repeat!
There’s nothing specific that I didn’t like but the only thing is that we were in the rooms in the last floor and it seems outdated compared to the rooms in the first floor that were renovated. Also, you could hear the alarm from other rooms.
“Very very disappointing and unsatisfactory.”
The superior room we got moved to was nice. Newly refurbished, cool and spacious.
The hotel has a lot of good points but with some serious flaws. Breakfast was very poor quality and they charge 20 euros per person for that. The hotel is shared between guests and asylum seekers. There is no mention of this before the stay. This made breakfast a very uncomfortable situation. Nothing against asylum seekers but don't expect to share a hotel with them. Standard rooms are very outdated...again flattering photos on the website make it impossible to know this. 75 per cent of the hotel is very nicely decorated to be fair. Reception staff barely look up on arrival of guests...not a very warm welcome. Bar is supposed to open to serve coffee at 11am...still no sign of life at 11.20. It seems customer satisfaction is not high on the list of priorities here. Not the hotels fault but the area around the hotel is one of the most run down and sleazy I have ever experienced. Mix of dingy bars, discos and run down and abandoned housing....a relief to leave the area every time. Will never return here.
“Perfect little gem in a peaceful haven”
Pool breakfast and location
No kettle and tea facilities
“Very good location and facilities, i.e.,swimming pool area and rest area · Cons: Nothing really”

“I would come back. Sometimes imperfections are part of the fun.”
The room on the second floor where we stayed had an old-style design but was spacious and clean. There was a small terrace with a nice view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large, with a strong water flow in the bathtub. Overall, the quality for the price was good. Don’t forget to check out the kids' swimming pool — it’s worth a visit.
The breakfast was typical continental fare, but it seemed a bit old — possibly from two days earlier — and was served cold. Staffing for some amenities was limited; for example, the gardener ended up serving us a couple of coffees at the bar.
“Poor”
Apartment was not equipped with basic kitchen items, such as sponges to clean dishes as there was no dishwasher. The size of the apartment was big but very old, the toilet extremely small, very aged towels and no shampoo.
