Not fair to rate it

1. No parking in the hotel as promised. They said it’s under maintenance. So we had to park few streets away leaving the car outside. 2. Elevator broken. I’m pregnant and I had to go up to the second floor with my luggage cause they didn’t even offer help. 3. Terrible WiFi. The signal is too weak that it does even work to send WhatsApp messages. 4. Noise. To noisy from outside and inside the hotel. People loudly speaking at 2am in the hotel. From outside you could hear all the cars and motorcycles passing by. 5. Phone in the hotel but no idea what’s the number to call the reception and it’s not mentioned anywhere. We only stayed the night but not recommended it at all.

Not easy to get transport

It is not easy to arrive by public transportation except you drive here. I am aware the service is not complete worked after the flood, ex. elevator. But I don't understand why there was no hair dryer in room. Besides, I had a very bad experience of the cancelation policy. I got charged after the free cancelation policy. I received the refund the next day of arrive and waste a lots of time to explain the situation.

The listing mentioned a swimming pool and other amenities, but after we paid, we received an email saying the pool was closed due to weather-related damage. While that’s understandable, they shouldn’t have charged the full price.

The room i had only had a bathtub. Could improve the lighting in the bedroom.
