“Good price and location, but that's it”
The best

- Good value for the money. - Perfect location, near the beach and the supermarket. - Big apartment with plenty of space. - Quiet street with many parking spots. - Balcony.

To be improved

- Not very well cleaned and maintained. Old furniture, loose fridge door, dirty floor, semi-clogged kitchen sink. - Terrible Wi-Fi. Very slow, kept disconnecting. - Unresponsive owner. We understood he would meet us at the property, and when we arrived we had to wait >1h for him to reply our messages, or pickup our calls, just to say he is not coming and then giving us the code of the key safe. This was very inconvenient for us. After the whole day traveling and with small children, you don't want to experience that. - Quirky set of appliances. There was Moka pot and French Press but not a single wooden spoon for cooking.

Nice appartment, everything you need. Great location, calm but near to beach and shop. The owner is very helpful. It was great, I can only recommend 😉

Good communication, everything else basically as described

To be improved

Little things like no wine glasses, and the top of the fridge was really dirty so I cleaned it (maybe the cleaning lady was very short and couldn't see). The beds were rather hard for us, and we were all a bit stiff in the morning, though others might like them like that.
