A few small details that would have made a difference. 1. Shower door faulty. 1a. Shower floor very slippery , my wife fell and had to go to hospital. Should provide a rubber or non slip mat. 2. It’s great to have a washing machine but to have to purchase detergent and conditioner for 2 washes seems excessive . Why not provide it as it would cost very little. 3. Same comment for bin liners and dishwasher tabs 4. Feel owner should highlight there are stairs to get to accommodation. 5. No heating option in bathroom 6. Only 1 large coffee mug

Maybe send the check in details the day before rather than a couple of hrs prior to check in as some peoples mobile phones don’t work so well when abroad and out of signal

1. A welcome pack would be nice for people not staying long and travelling light - small amounts of milk, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. In some places the pack includes a bottle of wine. 2. The handle on the bathroom door needs replacing. 3. On the last morning the boiler sprung a leak, hope it was repaired before the next guests arrived.

(This may have been mentioned in the listing but I didn't notice) - although the apartment block has a lift, there's a small set of steps before you get to it, and then there are further steps from the front door of the apartment up into it. This meant that it wasn't very practical (though still technically manageable) with a large pram.
