Chic Marina Gem Puerto Banus

For 3 out of our 6 day stay, we lost power with no alternative options offered. Appliances and air conditioning were broken from the minute we arrived, then lost power completely 2 days into our stay. The owner offered us a partial refund but is yet to send this to me. I have been waiting 3+ weeks for a refund and the owner has stopped responding to my text messages.

There is too much noise all night.... the studio is located above a bar, and the music strikes loudly all night till 4 a.m., so if you are not a night person, you won't be able to sleep at all. There is no parking for the studio inside the port, so you have to park outside in a nearby parking, which cost more than €200 for 2 nights

If you want a peaceful night's sleep and are looking for an early night then this isn't for you, given its in one of the popular districts of Marbella be prepared for it being slightly noisy in the evening.
