The entrance to the property was not fit for purpose the car kept catching the floor as it was not ideal to drive over andl looking at the floor many other cars have had the same problem it needs changing

The apartment and pool were lovely The maid was very friendly

The check in staff were very elusive and very unresponsive especially when the WiFi went down despite phone calls, WhatsApp and email but also pre arrival- I tried to book an extra day every day a week before we arrived- only got a response o. Our travel day after a week of frustration Also there were loads of flies- evidently this was not a surprise but no fly spray or swatters We arrived Sunday pm when all shops were closed but no water in the apartment/ only a shrug from the check in man when we asked for help The safe key was missing- and not replaced during our stay Only a small bar of soap supplied which was like a bit of cardboard Noisy in the morning around 6:00pm as staff?? Arrived or something but woke us up anyway

we did not stay-- we arrived by taxi in the dark and the place seemed deserted -- out taxi driver phoned a number and someone came after about 20 min we decided not to stay . We are old ie in our 80s and the place was on top of a high hill and a long way above the beach ie too far for us to walk up and down it was stressful to find another place late at night especially on a saturday-- we were fortunate to have a helpful taxi driver
