Amazing location by the sea and square, great apartment over 3 floors including roof terrace, and well equipped . Great restaurants all around and peaceful at night.

“Cockroaches and Sewer Water”

The location is superb. We stayed at this property last year and we were very pleased so booked again because it was a lovely property

To be improved

Our stay was totally spoiled by the cockroaches we had to clear out 2 or 3 times a day. Also the entrance filled up with foul smelling sewer water we had to mop up every time we came through the door. Then to make it even worse a workman came on a Sunday in another part of property knocking down walls and making the water and smell worse. Part of the ceiling and wall in bedroom is damp and falling away. What a difference 6 months makes !

Wonderful property especially the roof terrace which is a bonus! This is such a wonderful place the house, Alcala, and the surrounding area. Have already booked for next year !

To be improved

Bathroom doors a little squeaky but nothing a little oil won’t fix.The kettle was a bit dangerous because it had no handle but we bought one in local shop

The best

The location is ok just by the main beach. We had a car and there was a free parking just near the apartment. Alcala is a very small town you really don't have much to do. Under the apartment is a very good piceria.

To be improved

In the apartment you dont have the essentials tools for cooking. There is no mixer, not a wisk no bowls we had to buy the tabs for the dishwasher and the detergent for the washing machine. We also bought the bags for the trash. Very poorly equipped. We stayed in the middle of September over 30 degrees and there is no air conditioner! The apartment have a lot of windows and they are all see through. In the day time was not a big problem but in the evening everyone could see in. The apartment is in the main square! You couldn't use the curtains becouse the heat and again there's no air condition.
