“Nice apartment but overpriced”

The apartment is very homely and very nicely furnished. The double bed was comfortable and the terrace is definitely a big plus. Very big and not overlooked.

To be improved

We were shocked about the outside area where the apartment is as extensive and obviously long~term road works are ongoing. But it doesn’t much matter inside the apartment as you can only hear it a bit. It is worse on the terrace as you can then hear the noise much more. The terrace can’t be accessed from the apartment but from the communal stairways. Not a big problem as the apartment is the last one in the building. I do think it is overpriced as the road works are intrusive, there is only a small bathroom and the single beds in the second bedroom are very small!

“Lovely stay”

The best

Location was convenient for everything. Flat 3rd floor up so 50 steps up to flat were good for legs! No lift but absolutely fine. Flat in quiet location on street where lovely street art. Bedrooms away from road so lovely and quiet on a night. Bed in main room king-size. Twin bedded room a little small but beds perfectly ok and had memory foam toppers so comfy. No complaints from 6 ft son. Aircon in every room and easy to operate. Rooftop area was excellent for evening drinks. Used BBQ a few times. Flat well equipped and homely. Helpful staff on arrival who showed us around and provided whatsapp for communications if we had any issues (we didn't). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
