The apartment is spacious and bright with all the equipment you need for a city stay. The location is perfect for shopping, nightlife, the metro and the Gran Via. The company maintained contact, and we had absolutely no problems during our stay.

“Great Apartment in great location”

The communication with the hosts was fast efficient and friendly. Loved the location and the apartment was as the pictures show. Was a beautiful apartment, very modern bright & clean. Having a lift was great. Air con was great & cooled apartment very quickly.

To be improved

Was not sure how the electronic key system would work. A better explanation with photos would put potential guests to ease. Once u download the App & link your mb to the link provided by Hosts. It is pretty easy to use but u DEFINITELY have to take the PHYSICAL KEYS that are inside the apartment out with you EVERY TIME because if app/your mobile doesn't connect to the wifi you can't get into the apartment...this happened to me at 11.30pm one night. If I didn't have the physical keys I would have been on the street. The App also said there was an error and no matter what I did i couldn't get it to work. Was very scary.

Excellent location and host is very responsive and helpful. The property is above beyond my expectations. Huge 1bedroom size, clean and comfortable. Also they provided us with washing machine capsule 😄

very clean, great location, love when there are not a lot of Knick knacks all over the place!

To be improved

They have no basic condiments for an apartment stay. We had to buy salt and pepper which we left for the next guests. There should be olive oil and vinegar and a few spices. There was only one dish towel and I found a sponge on top of the trash can. A roll of paper towels and maybe some napkins and tissue is part of an apartment stay. The only paper products were two rolls of toilet paper. Perhaps an extra roll or two is nice. I had to think about where to get more just in case and not a full package! It was also a pain to do all the extra paperwork outside the booking.com system including passports and credit cards and photos that didn’t go through without redoing several times. That was sensitive information and we didn’t know if it was secure.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. Great storage facilities and easy to find. The communication was brilliant and the instructions were clear. We loved everything about it.

To be improved

It would have been helpful to have a corkscrew and some basic condiments.
