The property is in the heart of Madrid. Easy access to all of the tourist sites

As an engineer the electric wiring needs work. There were instances electrical overload during my stay Both air conditioners cannot be on at the same time. When this happens there is a total blackout

There's no table or chairs to have a bite, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, not enough towels, and the gentleman who brought the keys was 20 min late despite the fact that I kept him abreast of our movements in the 2h before arriving.

The room was very basic. Chipped and cracked coffee mugs. Kitchen cupboard doors were hanging off their hinges. No light bulbs in the bed side lamps Very shabby.

It was situated in a great area with plenty of eateries abs very close to a major metro station

The kitchen was difficult to use for 3 people. It was very narrow with only a bench and stools
