Double bed is rather narrow. But the other room had two separate beds, which was perfect for the kids.

The best

The host Maria was lovely at met us at the apartment and also gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. The location is great, a short walk to everywhere - the beaches, the old town, the bus stations etc. The terrace gets the afternoon sun so it was the ideal place to relax between outings. Would highly recommend.

To be improved

nothing - we would definitely book here again if we where to come back to San Sebastian.

Fantastic location in the new town close to the sea, the old town, and an easy walk to the bus and train stations. Great layout, spacious, comfy beds, loads of storage space and lovely towels.

Contacted me Day before arrival informing us there was water damage to the apartment, after payment had been taken and no option to cancel, even if we could have cancelled, I don't see how we could have found another location last minute, very dissapointed with last minute information considering we were told damage had occurred months in advance. There was a damp wall in the main bedroom and one of our group was asthmatic. no heating on in the apartment when we arrived on a very cold and wet day, Maria was too busy it seems. Left waiting on the street for an extended period even though we arrived at informed time. Maria once again too busy. Request for an invoice for our stay still not received after a month, Once again I presume Maria is too busy, which is the main reason I'm leaving a bad review, I usually only leave good reviews or not at all, I'm making an exception in this case. I'll be happy to alter my review if I can just get that invoice I requested, it's mindboggling that I have to use this platform to request some paperwork.
