When we arrived the apartment water heater had an error flag on it. We called the property manager and they had someone come out and fix it but it didn't work again when we returned. We all took cold showers the first night and lukewarm showers the second night. We called again and they came out once more and that time they fixed it but the water tank is so small that it doesn't allow a family of 5 all to take warm showers. We had to turn the water on and off between soaping and even at that the water wasn't warm for more than 2 people. The second problem was the air conditioning. It was 95-100 degrees fahrenheit during out stay and the airconditioning would never get the place cool enough to sleep with even a single sheet on you in the bed. We called the property manager and they had someone come out twice but never got it to work really any better.

Very disappointed that the air conditioning did not work, the bedrooms were v hot and despite numerous calls to the property this issue was not fixed. For the size of the property one Tv was not sufficient. The road outside was v dirty and lots of construction work going on.

Now the drawback was mainly the noise we had in the master room as it sounded like a kind of constant buzzing as if sort of a dynamo was above that room! We even sensed that same noise in the 2nd master room but slightly less, while the other 2 twin rooms was superbly silent. Also, unfortunately there weren't any complementary water or coffee, and unfortunately no hairdryer! One more thing you need to consider, we stayed on the 1st floor, & the Consulate General of Colombia is next door, so be sure to close the curtains & windows at night for both master queen bed rooms or in the morning you will be facing a crowd once you get up from the bed cause the apartment windows are overlooking their windows but they are on the ground floor, and the apartment is on the 1st but still they will see you when you stand up. Overall, I would have given them 5 solid stars if it wasn't for that noise in the 2 master rooms beside the water, coffee, & hairdryer. Solid 4 stars for the cleanness, location, safety, & spacious space. Thank you for hosting us.

Very limited supplies: toilet paper, towels, no bottles of water, no cleaning supplies. Beds not comfortable.

A/C did not work. Management said would sent someone but either they went and still didn’t work. Also reported light bulb not working and also did not changed it. Left something in the apartment and sent email and haven’t yet received response after 3 days.
