The bed wasn’t the most comfortable- when we arrived it was broken so they made up the sofa bed which wasn’t suitable. I asked if it could be repaired & they organised it immediately.

★☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience – dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed I do not recommend this property. What we experienced during our stay was absolutely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the apartment was very dirty. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean it myself. There was hair and rust in the cutlery drawer, a toilet brush with visible feces, a dirty shower, and a kitchen chopping board with leftover tomato seeds and juice. The stove was also covered in burnt food. This was not just unclean , it was unsanitary. After complaining, the agency refunded us €50, which we appreciated, but unfortunately, the situation only got worse. The next day, while using the overhead shower, the large metal shower head fell off and hit my daughter on the head and leg. This could have been extremely dangerous, especially for a younger child. I contacted the host, who promised the manager would call me , no one ever did. I went to the agency office in person and still received no explanation. Eventually, someone came and "fixed" the shower using tape. Yes, tape – a temporary, unsafe solution for a serious hazard. Later, we were locked out of the apartment because the door mechanism wasn’t explained properly. There were no clear instructions about how to use the lock or that it could jam if a certain part wasn’t positioned correctly. We were left outside, unable to access the property. I have photos and videos of all these issues, which I shared with the agency. But again, no real response or responsibility taken. This property does not meet basic health and safety standards, and the management shows no regard for guest well-being. Stay away from this apartment , it's not worth the risk.

The worst thing about this apartment was the smell as soon as you entered the apartment you were hit with an extremely strong musty smell that did not go away even with us keeping the balcony door open at all possible times. We also found that the only chopping board provided was mouldy and one of the cupboards was also mouldy inside meaning we had nowhere to store our clothes. There was also an obvious problem with the drains, it took about half an hour for the bathroom sink to drains after running a minute amount of water to brush our teeth. Also my stools times during the week a disgusting eggy smell would come up from the sink and when we tried to wash our dishes in the dishwasher they also came out smelling in the same eggy smell. The apartment was also meant to come with WiFi however there was no WiFi password given to us so we had no way of accessing it. One of the walls also had a very large scrape through it which could have easily been pointed over.
