Easy to find and access, everything was explained to me prior to my arrival. It was ready to access early in the day. Clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning, good shower.

The best

Beautiful historic neighborhood, surprisingly quiet at night during the week, despite lots of bars nearby. Clean rooms, tastefully furnished. Excellent staff, super helpful recommendations for Gijón and the region. Also friendly and flexible. Would return.

To be improved

There is a free outdoor parking lot which is a 15-20m walk away. Very convenient but also popular. I used it to save €20/day. The host will give you the details.
