I liked the central location of the property, close to the station and the main attractions. My room with the terrace is very charming, and it is possible to have breakfast there.

The air conditioning was directly on the bed so it could be annoying.

The property didn't open the building door for us for checkin, so my family including a baby are stuck outside the building in the middle of the night. Also no one answered the 24/7 contact phone number. They sent a code beforehand to enter the room for self checkin, but that's only if you are already inside the building. You still need someone to open the building door. We had to beg another resident to open the door in the middle of the night so our baby could have a place to sleep. The hotel apologized and tried to make things right which I appreciate, but it was still a bad experience. I get that mistakes like this doesn't happen often, but it did happen to us and we were devastated and stressed, especially with a crying baby at 12am waiting on the street.
