“Central location, nice apartment”

The best

The location was excellent, being central in the historical town. The cathedral and the market were within just a couple of minutes ' walking distance. The property was clean and well-presented, easily accommodating a family of four.

Some milk and tea bags would have been better, not everyone drinks coffee

This was one of the most frustrating stays we’ve ever had during 20 years of different experiences. The apartment is advertised for up to six people, yet the kitchen isn’t even equipped to cook for four. We were given one small frying pan, a single cutting knife, one tea towel, and no cloths to wipe the table. It felt more like camping than a serviced apartment. The dining area was very dark, with no lighting above the black table and chairs, making it uncomfortable for meals. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep, but turning it off made the room unbearably hot. We asked to change apartments, but were told it wasn’t possible. Despite raising these issues during our stay, management didn’t respond until 48 hours after checkout, only to deny responsibility ! We were very shocked! We were left feeling completely dismissed and upset . I would strongly advise avoiding booking this property . Ps. Shame I’m unable to add the video to running AC so you could hear the noise.
