“Superb”

The best

Very quiet and chill location, ideal if you like to avoid the noise and buzz of the city centre. Apartment itself is very well maintained. Everything necessary for a one week stay was readily available. The small outdoor patio was a nice addition (though it was too cold outside to take full advantage of it).

To be improved

There was a technical error with sending the instructions on how to enter the property, but it was quickly sorted out after notifying the property company,

“Comfortable, but...”

The best

Very quiet & comfortable. The shade on the bedroom window was wonderful - complete blackout. Fairly well equipped kitchen for a stay. The bathroom sink had counter space, which is sometimes hard to find. The terrace was a nice bonus.

To be improved

Not well supplied - no disinfectant to clean the kitchen, no trash bag in the kitchen, 1 pod for the dishwasher for 6 days. I understand we wouldn't be completely supplied, but it seemed rather sparce for necessities. I emailed the company and on our last day they finally brought some items, but we never did get trash bags. We cook almost every day, so it was tough not being able to keep it clean and tidy. The bathroom was semi-private - the door had a gap like a bathroom in an American restaurant. Hooks by the front door to hang jackets would have been nice too.

Shower drain not cleaned out. Dishwasher flooded. No response to request to leave our suitcases. V. limited supplies
