The apartment was overall good. Near of the metro station, clean and had all the utilities. One of the main problems was the check in. They sent us a link to do the check in on a site. It was impossible to finish the procedure. We were told to keep doing it because it worked. Imagine writing the data of 5 people countless time. I spent 4 hours trying to do this and lost precious moments with my family. Went to the apartment and someone came to pick the tax money and unlock the pin and told us that their site worked. In the next to days we saw many people in the same apartment buildings being in the sun, 40 degrees outside and struggling with check in. Either you tell people upfront that the site doesn’t work and you come yourself to pick the tax money or you fix the site. I can’t go crazy 4 hours straight because of a problem that apparently everyone in the building that we met has

The rooms had mold on the ceiling from water damage. The last day the water was shut off completely and we had no water to wash up or shower. Towels were dirty with dirty feet stamps on them. Neighbors kept moving furniture in the middle of the night. No down time respected. Owner of building was disrespectful.

“Good location, near metro and bus stops. Not far from major areas like Espana and Montjuic. Lots of supermarkets and cafes nearby. Easy check-instructions. Was also great to have air-conditioning as we visited during a heat-wave. · Cons: Very small elevator. Kitchen facilities were also somewhat limited.”

“Very close to Poble Sec metro station, around 200 meters. · Cons: Elevator is very small, didnt work on our way back today at 6am. Make sure you got internet access when you arrive to know which appartament is assigned.”
