Literally only the location everything else is terrible

To be improved

1) only 1 room has AC not both rooms and it’s really bad you must leave it at least 5-6 hours in order to get a comfortable room not even cold room. 2) the apartment is very dirty, a lot of spiders and bugs everywhere specially the bathroom. 3) washing machine was leaking sewer water which caused the apartment to smell like shit and when i contacted the customer service no one answered for 2 days then they sent a technician that entered the house while we were sleeping without our permission or knowledge. 4) dish washer isn’t working. 6) the sofa was broken and cut everywhere, if you open it as a sofa bed 100% you will be on the floor. 5) terrible customer service they barely answer and even when they do they send literally one message and disappear with no solutions for ur concerns.
