Very nice host and very nice welcome package.

One of the best flats we have ever stayed in. So clean, exceptionally well equipped with top of the range facilities, beautiful and extremely comfortable bedding. The Manager was there to greet us on arrival and he gave us the most excellent, concise information on Madrid and all good spots to eat and entertain ourselves. There was also a fabulous welcome with a few eats and drinks. If we return to Madrid we would choose to stay at this apartment.

Everything. Perfect apartment. Communication with Adam was excellent and began a few days before arriving. He met us and allowed us to check in early because we had an early flight. The unit was clean and we were given a big fruit basket and goodies upon arrival. Adam also provided a list and some direction of restaurants and bars for Madrid (and Toledo). The unit was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The smaller bath with sink, toilet and shower, worked just fine for one person staying in the bunk bedroom. We had 5 people, including a small child, from two families, and were very comfortable. The furniture was really nice and upscale, while the beds were numerous and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with very nice, dishware, glassware, silverware, appliances (including dishwasher) and all of the supplies anyone would need to operate a real kitchen. We didn't have to buy anything for the kitchen, except food. This is an upscale place and we lacked for nothing.
