The sofa bed, is not good quality even for a child. Lights don't work. Air conditioning doesn't work. No heating The oven was dirty (for years.) a pan with used oil inside. The bathroom is abandoned with a hole in the bath, the door is damaged for the water going out the bath. Black mould all around.
