lovely light apartment. Our host was excellent and always checking in with us. was easy to catch the bus into the city too.

To be improved

not enough towels provided. also need beach towels. and not enough bed linen. there was only one blanket and we needed more. trying to find coffee shop on Monday morning was a challenge.

Best location in Valencia, lovely beach and walking path Alboraya through Malvarossa. Most friendly and supportive host of all trips - you feel supported throughout your stay!

“Good apartment for a family”

Great location near the beach, restaurants & grocery store near as well. Small playground right next to the building. Good communication with the host, they were flexible and proactive, gave recommendations as well. Well equipped apartment, quite clean and brigt, nice balcony on the sunny side. Air conditioning was a plus, although it wasn't so warm in October anymore. Nice neighbourhood, not much noise from the streets and the yard area was closed from public. Not so close to the city center. We had a car to move around, but there seemed to be public transportation stopping right next to the building as well.

To be improved

The building was not very quiet, you could hear people walking in other floors. The floor of the apartment was quite dirty, could use a mat to prevent the sand from getting everywhere (we are used to remove shoes when inside). The garage was small, like all those seemed to be in the city, just to note if coming by car. The map location sent by the host was not very accurate, would be good to share the house number & correct address as well. The smaller shower wasn't very useful since the water spilled all over very easily. Would be also nice to show how to move around in the bulding and go through the keys with the host, we had to try them all on multiple occasions to access.
