There wasn't anything bad, really. Everything you need is in the apartment - kitchen utilities, cleaning equipment etc.

Absolutely terrible arrival experience. After I wrote a few days before time of arrival, they requires to call 1 hour before arrival. The phone number is not working. Staff no helpfull, no exact info with video or picture how to get to the house. We were waiting 1,5 hour on the street for somebody who should give us keys. And at the end we needed to find him ourselves. Advice how to get to the apartman was "take taxi". Not helpfull staff et al.

Getting the keys to the apartment was terrible process. Instructions were unclear and they were not answer messages on WhatsUp up untill 2 hours before my official check-in. Their excuse was that they weren't asnwer because the apartment was not yet ready. Had to wait few hours on airport untill they give me the address where I can get the keys. Official check-in was on 16:00 but I manage to arive at 17:00 on the appartment because I didn't knew the exact address to receive the keys and there was a lot of communication after they give me the adresss (there was no doorbell on the building and had to ask for someone to come on front door with the keys). Finally, the apartment had 4 floors with only stairs available, so it is not good fit for people with disabilities or elder people.
