the position of of apartment cannot be any better. close to the beach, to the shops, to the restaurant. well equipped apartment.

a small issue on plumber installation, but owner is already working on fixing it !

“Great sea view, close beach and good value for money”

The best

The view was nice and the location was also great. Had many shops and restaurants nearby. The host was kind and helpful. The beach was close and there was a hotel next door with pools which could be used for free. I liked the little lock box for the key which allowed flexible checkin without staff present and also we could leave the key there when went out. The apartment was fine but seen better days, the pictures in booking.com are probably many years old. Had washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and cattle available. Also had a safe and ensuite bathroom which was nice. Provided child bed and had high chair plus child cutlery also which was nice.

Ants... they were swarming the place, even traps didn't stop them. The apartment lacks some maintenance in a few places. The couch was in a terrible shape, broken and dirty, very uncomfortable. The balcony door was so stuck my wife couldn't even open it, I had to use full force to move it. The only vacuum cleaner was practically useless which didn't help the ant problem. Dishwasher was smelly and left dishes dirty, probably lacks some maintenance. Some other small things, like some lights were not working, bathroom sink plug was broken and water wouldn't flow unless we removed it but these were just minor inconveniences.

“Lovely place in Alcudia”

The best

Everything. Best location, comfy beds, modern apartment. Compared to the prices around, this place has the best value. The pool was a treat. The beach was at the doorstep. Bus stop to the old town right outside the apartment (less than 10mins on the bus to the old town centre, bus goes every 10 mins). Lovely sea view from the terrace. We hope to come back sometime in the future.
