Clean, excellent location, easy to get ahold of staff in case of any questions or issues. Beds are comfortable, we could easily control the room temperature, and there was enough kitchen equipment to do what we needed to do it’s an excellent pisco for couples❤️ the metro Plaza de Castilla so near from the piso it took us 6 min of walking hope to see soon ❤️

The keys are handed in by a scammer oversees old lady (above 50’s) who charge and extra 50% of the property rental when the customer arrives. In addition this is a really poor place. Dirty, smelly , no lights no paper, the facilities in the kitchen are precarious and rotten.. In summary , this needs to be improved a great deal to get an acceptable level of safety for accommodation. Most importantly, the way they handle the keys it is an absolute trick to charge far more that it is in the booking advertisement.
