“Excellent location, awful showers.”

The best

Location was fantastic, easy for El Arenal nightlife and restaurants and for the cathedral on the main Avenida. Two car parks are located quite close to the apartment too so parking was not a problem. Host was great and provided a very comprehensive brief on arrival.

To be improved

second floor, narrow stairwell, no lift. Bit of a trek with bags. Manageable but not ideal. The biggest issue was the showers. Two are provided but neither is big enough for a normal sized person (3 of us were 172 cm or less and we all struggled). It was literally impossible to be in the shower and bend down to pick up the shower gel/shampoo. No shelves, brackets or toiletry holders provided inside the shower. The main bathroom was very big and could easily accommodate a decent size shower. The set up just seemed poorly thought out. The water boiler was also insufficient for four people and could only provide 3 hot showers and one cold one. Over-priced. Have stayed many times in El Arinal area, this was the most expensive and the least appealing all of them.
