The best

Very clean and super comfortable bed. Staff were very lovely too.

To be improved

Pool and gym has bad opening hours if you are interested in using the facilities. Also it’s a little bit far out from the city but we didn’t mind the walk.

“Very nice hotel in Madrid”
The best

We enjoyed the cleaniness of the room and the many options available at breakfast. The pool area is nice, whereas I did not use the gym. The location is close to cafes and a beautiful park.

“The Hotel is very beautiful itself, our room was spacious, the beds are very clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. The cleaning staff is doing a marvelous job, we've always found our room as if we just arrived on the first day. Crispy clean and smelling good. :) The food and beverages are really good at their restaurant. The breakfast had several options, frequently refilled, tables always cleaned. It's not too far from the Airport by car. The Retiro park is 10mins walk away, museums and public transportation is also easily accessed from this location. · Cons: The pool was a little bit colder than what I expected, but I wouldn't say that it's a negative thing. Just be careful if you prefer warmer waters!”

The hotel was very clean, great staff and very accommodating, loved the location & the facilities were good.

To be improved

The pool was really cold unfortunately, and there wasn't much room for everyone by the pool. Also the beds moved a lot, think they were on wheels.

Swimming pool closing hours at 8pm during the summer is tool early.
