Everyone had their own space, and having 2 bathrooms and cool air conditioning was a bonus

The pillows were flat. I get that some may like that, but there are as many who need a pillow that isn’t rolled over on itself to sleep on. Also, a bath mat was in the bathroom, 2 hand towels and 2 towels in the master bathroom (4&4 in the 2nd bathroom for 4 people). However, people with long hair need a towel for their hair and a towel for the body. It was skimpy. Also, the white towels looked dingy/stained. Regarding the dryer, I have learned that dryers in Europe have a water “reservoir” where water accumulates. It has to be emptied. On our 3rd day, we did a load of laundry and wondered why it still wasn’t dry after 2 hours. I opened up the reservoir and it was filled to the top with water. Carefully, walking into the bathroom to empty it, I wished there was a note for guests instructing them to check before using. Once it was empty, the clothes dried quickly.

I believe that the communication I received prior to our arrival could have been more courteous when addressing my inquiries about payments. A more diplomatic approach and improved customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, for the benefit of future guests reading this review, while we personally found the area to be quiet and safe, we were informed that it may not be regarded as the most favorable neighbourhood in Barcelona.
