The best

Spacious room with air condition, necessary as it was very hot in Seville. Near to a beautiful neighborhood. The owner Alvaro is very friendly. I asked for a trash bin in the bathroom and he bought one immediately. He was very helpful when I asked for a check out later and although this was impossible he advised me where at least I could leave my luggage.

To be improved

The apartment lacks of some basic facilities such as a bathroom paper holder and a bathroom towel rack, things that are necessary for hygienic reasons. In addition a cereal bowl would be very useful and a floor lamp too as I should get up from the bed in order to switch on the lights.

“Loved the entire area of Seville, Triana, Our second time here and we will be back again.”

Great location, Wonderful neighborhood. Lots of things to do and see in this area. Loved walking across the bridges to Seville. Triana Market was wonderful. Great stay all around. Wonderful sites to see. All within walking distance.

To be improved

Kitchen was hard to use, not much prepping area. We managed none the less. Bed was against the wall. Very difficult to get in and out on that side of the bed. Especially if you have knee issues. But again we managed.

The location is great... close to cente and attractions. Communication with host was brilliant. Easy to access... even after a late flight. Cosy studio with cute balcony, great for short stay in Seville. Air con was very much welcome and bathroom was clean with decent shower. All in all a great base for exploring the city.at a really good price ... thanks Àlvaro! 😁👍

To be improved

Maybe replacement of a few chipped cups and plates but didnt really affect our stay
