“Superb”

The best

The apartment unit we had is clean, comfortable and has all the basic necessities. It has also pressing iron and hair dryer. Food condiments, sugar, coffee, soap, shampoo and detergents needed on the first day. Supermarket, shops, restaurants are close by. Shopping mall with a Carrefour is 7-9 minutes from the apartment. Closes(walking distance) to Train station, metropolitan and buses which brings you to city center and beaches. There's a bus directly from and to the airport. A train to Monseratt. It's an easy access to everything as long as you have Google maps😀.

To be improved

The flooring and walls near the stairs are made in a way that you can hear the other inhabitants. But this is expected because it's an apartment not a hotel. It's not soundproof and it's summer season in Barcelona so you expect a night life. People come back very late sometimes. Noises doesn't bother us so I shouldn't even have to write it here. Just bring an earplugs if you're bothered. I hadn't receive back my deposit of 300€ yet but it was stated 14 days after leaving the apartment so it's still early. I'll come back and update if I have them back after the said days.

Ok, This is not a hotel. BUT, * we entered the room after 4 pm. We have to wait outside. They sent a link of luggage service to leave baggage. I didn't like this service. Eventually, it is an apartment. * I preferred the location, because of the close to Fira. But, I don't feel safe at night. * Morning, there is lots of noise coming from the native neighbours. * Leaving time is 11:00. * Beds are noisy when you move inside. * I could stay at the 5-star hotel with the same price (maybe lower)

The best

- Clean apartment - Equipped kitchen - Walking distance to metro&buses, to small bakeries and supermarket (towards Santa Eulalia metro station) or to big shopping mall with Carrefour (towards Av. Granvia - Centre Comercial stop) - Good communication

To be improved

- Very thin walls. We heard everything from surrounding apartments (e.g. neighbours´ TV, washing machine, kid running) - Small rooms - Whole check-in procedure - we had to contact the welcome agent to coordinate the delivery of the apartment keys and meet them in front of the main entrance - Deposit blocked on my credit card - Slippery shower basin
