“Superb”

The best

We were a group of 6 people, 3 adults and three teen girls at the age of 14 and 15. All extra costs were precisely described in advance. The lady who welcomed us was really nice and tried to help us finding a place to have our dinner (we arrived at 21.00, hence having dinner was a bit of a challenge as this was out 1st time in Barcelona). We got also advice about th eareas where having dinner/lunch is recommended (or not reccomneded). The apartment is located in a housing area, with a very nice bakery right at the corner of the street. The metro station is about 5 to 10 minutes walking from the apartment. We did not use the kitchen, hence I can not provide details about the amenities. The host, Daniel, provided all details in advance, responded to my questions in a timely manner. Really just a nice to have - switching the shower to the top is far too easy, just a small turn that became an obstacle for the teens in our group :)

“Passable”

The best

- Localization of the apartment is the best. - Lot of things in the kitchen to help prepare food. - Coffee machine. - Wi-Fi working fine and properly. - We could contact to the owners very easy, they were informative and helpful. They were answering and were ready to help us in every case. - I was also happy about anti-burglary shutters.

To be improved

- Junkers is not working properly. It is not triggering when you take a shower. - Kitchen looks quite old and outdated, and should be renovated. - No dishwasher in the kitchen. - Bathroom looks very old and ugly, it must be renovated. - TV is old, Netflix or YouTube is max what you will watch. You can't connect your phone. - Deposit was huge (300 euro).

The staff and welcome agent he only gave 1 set of keys, and then they blamed that we we're given 2 sets of keys and we lost one. They are going to charge us for damage.
