The location is excellent and apartments very clean

To be improved

The building is very noisy. Footsteps can be heard going up and down the stairs and doors banging at 2am is not fun. Voices and furniture moving can be heard and it disturbed our sleep on too many occasions. There is only 1 way in and out of the building with no fire escape. The main door was damaged for a while and the people inside the building were trapped. The door was mended quickly but it raised the question about safe exits in an emergency/fire especially as there were smokers in the next apartment to ours. Not havung a 24hr reception is an issue as there is no support with ongoing noise into the early hours.

“Perfect location”

The best

Perfect location in Platja d'Aro. We had a huge apartment with new furniture and everything was extremely clean. It's even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook dinner at the apartment a couple of times. Everyday we had breakfast on the big balcony facing the street. There is also a very cute outdoor patio instead of a corridor to access the apartments. The apartment building is surrounded by cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarkets, and there's a farmacy one block away. It is in the very center of platja d'aro, in fact the city hall is on the other side of the street. Débora helped us with everything and was extremely friendly. It was a very good price since it was the first weekend of June. I'd definitely come back if I visited Costa Brava again.

Excellent location, the apartment is spacious and bright with an elevator.

To be improved

The furniture and tableware in the apartment in general is very economical and simple. It is dysfunctional to have to pick up the keys in a place that is not close.

As we arrived late, had to go to a hotel and check in, which was a little slow, but all was okay. They had also reached out to me directly prior to arrival with the checking process, so we're prepared.

To be improved

Parking communication needed to be better.
