“The worst hotel ever.”

Nothing.

To be improved

Room was so so dirty. I had nails on my bed (3). We pretty much didnt have any warm water. No air conditioner. Youngsters were screaming the whole night, breaking classes and throwing chairs out of their balconies.

Only thing I liked is the reception and the service of the receptionist and the security men.

To be improved

There are literally everything which I didn't like. 1. The rooms are not properly ventilated. 2. The rooms doesn't have fan(Ventilator) & AC. 3. The rooms doesn't have plugs to keep mobile charging. 4. The rooms aren't cleaned properly before my arrival. 5. I have selected breakfast and dinner, they've said it's a buffet but for me they didn't serve any drinks. 6.Its very costly for the services they're providing.

I like the location, and the reception staff is good

To be improved

The bed was not comfortable, the towels they give us was not good And no air conditioning and no fan , no charger port near bed , and the wifi connection is very poor, everything in the room is very old. Total waste of money.....😔
