Perfect location, helpful staff. Beautiful villa with a beautiful garden and pool , clean and spacious rooms , the kitchen is fully equipped , my family and I enjoyed it , we had a wonderful time there , many thanks to Samantha and Carlos 🌷

The best

The villa is very spacious and bright. It is very comfortable, and the bedrooms in particular are well furnished with massive wardrobe space. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and there is a small kitchenette upstairs if you wanted to have 2 families staying with a little independence. The kitchen is a good size with pretty much all utensils, and lots of pots and pans and glasses and crockery. The fridge is big and modern. The utility room is huge with 2 washing machines and a dryer. There are 2 living rooms, so you can separate kids from the adults with 2 large TVs and Netflix etc. There were loads of towels provided. The car port can just about fit 2 cars and the property is very secure. You are 5 minute walk from the beach and beach club, but you do need a car to get around, although the Ubers are always close by. There are a number of Carrefour markets within a 5 minute drive. The star of the show is the pool, which is huge for a private villa and over 16m long, and has a deep end approx 2m deep. You can lap swim in it and it is very well maintained and clean. Great for kids and gets sun all day round. The room services team were very quick to respond to requests.

There were a few issues, but nothing that would put us off returning. The main problem was the water was only lukewarm for the first 2 days, but got sorted on the 3rd day and was hot then. We could not find a kettle! The jacuzzi in the pool did not seem to work. The landscaping and outside of the house could probably do with a little upgrade. The bathrooms and tiles are dated, but there are THREE jacuzzi baths!!! They were very clean, however.
