Great location, very nice staff, close to the beach, nice and clean, everything worked as it should, good parking close to the apartments

To be improved

Only thing I didn’t like was that the AC machine was in the living room and not in the bedroom where it was quite hot over the night but nothing too bad

The apartments are SO OLD, at least the one they put as in, imagine nothing being changed since the 80s. The toilet seat was yellow from the use and years. The blankets and curtains were all very old and dusty. The curtains wouldn’t close so we would wake up with the light because the blinds were also old and not enough. A money grab, it was 160 euros per night and they put none of this money to actually improve the property. In the photos it looks like there is a pool, but it is in another property, not where we were staying. NO WiFi!! They said it’s only in the common areas which was in another building across the road from our apartment

Great place with spacious houses, beautiful location near a great beach. Big rooms, nice terrace. Great for all age groups, families and younger people, easy to find. The staff is amazing, really kind and helpful. Peaceful and quit!!

To be improved

Nothing to do in the area no shops and far from the big cities. No water -draft siphon in the bathroom and we had a little problem. But everything else was AMAZING.

Nice place if you want to relax. The beach is very close to the apartments which is very nice too.

To be improved

I think since we stayed in the apartment for seven days, the cleaning lady should have been included at least once. We weren't given new towels, which I also didn't think was good considering the length of our stay and the fact that we were three girls. Then, our bigger problem was that we had a problem with cockroaches. The chimney in the apartment had a hole, which resulted in us finding two cockroaches in our apartment. This made us feel very uncomfortable and scared, and we couldn't even walk around the apartment without constantly worrying about finding a cockroach. We informed the receptionist, and the lady was very friendly and understanding and she said they would use a product, but it didn't prevent us from finding a cockroach, because the next day we found another, but it was dead. Another downside was that to get to the center of Callas de Mallorca, we had to pass through a forest, where during the day there was no problem, but at night there was because there was no light.

“Great stay overall, old but clean and close to two beaches accessible by foot.”

The best

Property offered unexpected but appreciated extras, for instance the day we arrived there was Paella and Sangria night for 10 euro per person. Also possibility to reserve bread and pastries for breakfast. Facilities were old but very well kept and clean. AC worked perfectly and shower pressure was great!

To be improved

Big minus was the roads if you’re arriving by car, so many pot holes and difficult to pass on a low car. Another minus was the staff at the pool bar, they seemed clueless and made Margaritas that we had difficulty drinking. You can definitely tell it’s just summer jobs for them. However the staff at the reception definitely make up for that.
