Very clean, pool area was quiet so could always get a sun lounger, no kids and a 5 min walk to main Bossa strip.

Breakfast was average. Coffee was good from the machine.

The best

Room was very clean, and cleaners came each morning to do a basic tidy up and replace towels etc. Most ideal thing about this hotel is the location, you can easily walk to Hi, Ushuaia and the main strip with lots of bars and pubs. About a 30 min bus ride from the main town but easy to navigate. Pool was a nice touch for those hungover mornings. Hotel staff let us check out late and called us a taxi to the airport in the morning.

After I payed by check in, the same amount of money was blocked from the property on my Card, the property and management refused to acknowledge it and never unblocked my money, I had to call my bank and request it myself. It’s ridiculous that I as a guest had to take actions to fix their mistakes. Horrible experience and totally unnecessary. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here, totally not worth the price,

“Would stay here again if I returned to Ibiza rather than Hard Rock or Fergus”
The best

I really liked this hotel! Vending machines on site and a great pool area. Air conditioning units were great in coming back to a cold room after being hot/sweaty in Ibiza clubs
