“Very good”
The best

Great location, easy access and great communication. Apartment very clean and spacious. Balcony is large with a great view and has Sun for the vast majority of the day. Well equipped and had everything I needed.

To be improved

The proximity to a very noisy Cross Fit gym which operates for an hour or so several times a day. The furniture is in good condition but a little dated, the beds are uncomfortable for me personally and the patio furniture ( sun loungers, umbrella etc are in need of updating).
